We are Solvency Now Bookkeeping, Inc., a fully remote, boutique bookkeeping firm based in Tampa, Florida, USA. We provide concierge-level financial services to small and medium-sized service-based businesses. Our mission is to deliver complete and perfect financial records that give our clients peace of mind.
We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence, build brand awareness, and engage with our audience.
Job Type:
- Part-Time
- Remote | Work from Anywhere
- A few hours per day, 7 days a week
- Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
- Weekend engagement required if social media activity arises
Compensation:
- $6 - $8 USD per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies that align with our brand.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other social media platforms. .
- Track and analyze social media performance.
- Research industry trends and propose fresh, creative ideas for content.
- Engage with our audience—respond to messages, comments, and foster a community.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
What You Need to Succeed
- 1-3 years of social media management experience.
- Fluent English speaker with strong grammar skills (both written & spoken) -this is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.
- Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging captions and ad copy.
- Creativity and a keen eye for branding, trends, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Availability to work on an EST schedule (Tampa, Florida time zone).
Tech & Work Requirements
- A computer that meets industry standards (Old PCs with less than 4GB RAM, outdated operating systems like Windows 7, or slow processing speeds will NOT work).
- High-speed internet connection with antivirus protection.
- A webcam & microphone for virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Ability to work on a computer for 2-5 hours per day.
