Job Description: • Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest • Write ad copy and brief the creative team on winning ad concepts • Set up pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution correctly • Optimize campaigns daily for CPA, CTR, and ROAS • Conduct audience testing — lookalikes, interest targeting, retargeting • Run creative A/B tests to find winning angles • Report weekly on spend efficiency and recommendations for scaling or cutting Requirements: • No degree required • Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns • Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager — TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus • Understanding of pixel setup, custom conversions, and attribution windows • Data-literate — you can read a dashboard and make decisions quickly • Creative eye for what performs — strong ad creative matters Benefits: • Hourly pay of $19–$28/hr • Fully remote • Direct budget ownership with performance upside • Growth path into performance marketing lead • Access to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network
