Clearance: Public Trust Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm Work Day: Monday – Friday Openings: 1   Position Overview Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a SharePoint Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide comprehensive support for the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of a federal agency's SharePoint Online environment. This role focuses on sustaining and improving Microsoft 365-based collaboration and workflow solutions that support acquisition, contracting, and administrative business processes. The SME will ensure system reliability, usability, and alignment with organizational goals while supporting ongoing modernization efforts. Key Responsibilities SharePoint Administration & Maintenance Maintain and update SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and applications Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data management standards Support ongoing sustainment and enhancement of existing government systems Workflow & Automation Development Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps Support and troubleshoot legacy SharePoint Designer workflows Debug and resolve issues in existing workflows and applications Collaboration & Integration Partner with government stakeholders to design and improve SharePoint solutions supporting acquisition and business processes Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) Support development of tools that enhance collaboration and operational efficiency Documentation & Training Support Develop and maintain technical documentation, process guides, and user support materials Provide training and guidance to end users to support adoption and best practices Continuous Improvement Recommend and implement enhancements to improve system performance, usability, and efficiency Support modernization and optimization of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions Environment Overview SharePoint Online used for contract file storage and acquisition tracking Acquisition dashboards and sites (including Acquisition Center of Excellence pages) SharePoint Lists supporting COR tracking, GPC metrics, closeouts, and requisition tracking 5–10 Power Apps supporting acquisition workflows (e.g., COR nomination, IGCE requests) 5–10 Power Automate flows supporting approvals, notifications, and data processing Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a SharePoint SME Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) Ability to troubleshoot workflows and support system enhancements Preferred Certifications Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator (or Administrator track) Relevant SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications Aalis Management Consulting is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
