Must have Employment Law experience • *Settlement Attorney** (Employment Class Action) • *Location:** Remote (U.S. – Nationwide) • *Compensation:** Competitive base + bonus (commensurate with experience) • *Overview:** A nationally recognized plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a Settlement Attorney with strong experience in employment class action litigation, particularly in wage & hour and discrimination matters. This role will focus on negotiating and finalizing complex class and collective action settlements across multiple jurisdictions. • *Key Responsibilities • Lead and support negotiation of employment class and collective action settlements (wage & hour, discrimination) • Draft, review, and revise settlement agreements, term sheets, and release provisions • Prepare and revise motions for preliminary and final approval of settlements • Partner with litigation teams to evaluate case value, risk, and settlement strategy • Coordinate with class action administrators to ensure smooth execution of settlement terms • Draft and review class notices, claim forms, and related settlement documentation • Communicate with opposing counsel to drive resolution and close settlements efficiently • Ensure compliance with federal and state court approval requirements and deadlines • *Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • 4+ years of experience in employment law, with a focus on class and/or collective actions • Demonstrated experience with wage & hour and/or employment discrimination litigation • Hands-on experience supporting or leading settlement negotiations and approvals • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • *Preferred Experience: • Plaintiff-side employment law experience • Experience handling multi-state or nationwide class/collective actions • Familiarity with settlement administration and distribution processes • *Why Join: • Work on high-impact, nationwide employment class actions • Fully remote, flexible work environment • Strong and consistent pipeline of cases • Competitive compensation with performance-based upside Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
