Overview
The Service & Reporting Coordinator provides part-time operational support across client service, reporting, and service coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone with experience in client operations, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. The position supports day-to-day client inquiries, prepares recurring reports, and assists with service setup activities to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and limited documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage a shared service inbox, reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support client requests related to service updates, billing questions, reporting clarification, and general account inquiries with the support of leadership.
• Prepare and process recurring reports, including monthly contamination reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review data for inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with internal teams as needed.
• Maintain organized documentation and records related to client requests, reporting outputs, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Provide backup support for service setup and service change coordination to ensure continuity during coverage needs.
• Assist with process documentation and operational improvement efforts as appropriate for an entry-level role.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including comfort working with formulas and structured data.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow defined processes accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize work effectively.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working across multiple applications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team.
Preferred Experience
• 2+ years of experience in client service, administrative support, operations, billing support, or reporting-related roles.
• Exposure to data entry, reporting, or shared services environments.
• Experience working part-time in a structured, process-driven role.
• Familiarity with client support workflows or service request tracking.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
