The ideal candidate lives and breathes SEO, understands all aspects of search marketing, and can translate technical SEO concepts into clear, actionable insights for both clients and internal teams. You’ll lead SEO strategy and execution across multiple accounts, mentor and support team members, and help drive consistent performance and growth across all campaigns. Responsibilities • Lead the SEO team, ensuring consistent performance, quality, and execution across all accounts. • Develop, refine, and standardize SEO strategies, processes, and best practices. • Oversee account performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. • Provide strategic direction for high-priority and complex SEO initiatives. • Mentor, train, and support SEO team members across all experience levels. • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain quality and performance standards. • Collaborate with Paid Ads, Web, and Operations teams to align strategies and execution. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, scalability, and efficiency. • Stay current on algorithm updates, industry trends, and changes in search behavior. Skills & Qualifications • Deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and local SEO/GBP optimization. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to build scalable SEO frameworks. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to mentor and develop team members. • High attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. Preferred Experience • Experience managing multiple SEO accounts or campaigns simultaneously. • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. • Agency or fast-paced digital marketing experience preferred. • Understanding of website UX, conversion optimization, and web performance best practices.
