Senior Workday Consultant – Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking

Job Description: • Serve as a client-facing Subject Matter Expert supporting organizations in a post‑production, Application Managed Services (AMS) environment • Provide trusted advisory support • Resolve complex cross-functional issues • Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders Requirements: • 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a strong focus on Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence in a post‑production or AMS environment • Proven experience serving as a client-facing Workday SME, including interaction with senior and executive stakeholders • Strong cross‑functional Workday HCM knowledge and understanding of downstream impacts across domains • Experience delivering support and enhancement work in an AMS or ongoing support model • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field Benefits: • medical, dental and vision coverage • 401(k) plan with a generous employer match • employee stock purchase plan • generous Paid Time Off policy • paid parental leave and adoption assistance • free annual health screenings and coaching • on-site workshops • ongoing programs recognizing major events in the lives of our employees throughout the year
