This is a remote position.

The Senior Technical Associate collaborates with senior technical architects to analyze business process workflows and technical workflows. This position is all about architecting business solutions as part of a team. Key components of the job include:

•Research:based on a given business challenge, effectively and critically gather key information such as current-state systems, applications, forms, workflows, and integrations—often not from“the usual sources”

Architect:develop the technical framework for solving the challenge, such as identifying the mechanism for back-and-forth data flow among systems, including robotic and automated data processing, as well as defining testing strategy and plans

•Analyze and Synthesize:organize information efficiently and effectively and then outline a solution based on all available inputs, such as incorporating our findings into user experience design and building common architecture components to standardize objects across platforms
