• About the Opportunity:
The Senior TA Operations Systems Analyst will lead the configuration, auditing, reporting, and forecasting within the talent acquisition technology stack. This role ensures system integrity and continuous improvement of recruiting tools, including applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management platforms. By managing data quality, generating insights, and collaborating with leadership and cross-functional partners, this position directly supports informed hiring decisions and operational efficiency across the organization’s global talent acquisition efforts.
• Responsibilities:
• Administer global talent acquisition systems including ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools
• Manage permissions, workflows, and integrations within TA technologies
• Drive continuous improvements and system enhancements across the tech stack
• Maintain consistent data standards and audit TA data globally
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to address data risks and inconsistencies
• Design and maintain real-time dashboards to track TA effectiveness and key metrics
• Ensure integration between ATS, headcount management, and HRIS systems
• Use predictive analytics to report on hiring trends, pipeline gaps, and attrition
• Identify recruitment process gaps and implement automation improvements
• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience collaborating with TA or HR teams on system configuration and data management
• Proven experience as an administrator of enterprise-level ATS platforms
• Strong skills in generating TA dashboards, reporting, and insights
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Power Query and Power BI
• Admin experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences
• Experience partnering with technical teams on operational processes
• Ability to influence and collaborate with leadership
• Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The approximate base salary range for this position is $97,123 to $126,652
• Total compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a range of benefits
