<h3><strong style="background-color: transparent;">About the Role</strong></h3><div><span style="background-color: transparent;">This role is for an individual contributor Senior Solution Consultant. In addition to conducting discovery and demonstration meetings with prospects and customers, this is your opportunity to help scale out the Solution Consulting discipline from the ground up. You will assist with everything from creating demo environments, writing demo scripts, running technical AI workshops, maintaining discovery framework documents to working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to capture requirements for new products and features and align messaging cross-functionally.</span></div><div><br></div><h3><strong style="background-color: transparent;">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Support product sales (direct and channel) throughout the evaluation process, including qualification, initial discovery, delivering product demonstrations, running technical workshops and related presentations to help close new business as efficiently as possible.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Work with existing customers to identify opportunities to sell additional Auditoria SmartFlow Skills, as well as assess opportunities for net new product functionality.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Perform ad hoc competitive analyses and contribute to our overall CI framework.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth hand-offs from pre-sales to implementation services.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Collaborate with Product/Engineering to understand and articulate the product roadmap.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Assist with projects and initiatives on an ongoing basis.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Create materials as needed to support expansion into new markets/verticals.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Respond to RFIs and RFPs from a functional and technical requirements perspective, including building out the processes on a repeatable basis.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Support Marketing-related campaigns and events, including conferences, trade shows, and user groups as needed.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="background-color: transparent;">Willingness to travel occasionally.</strong></li></ul><h3><br></h3><h3><strong style="background-color: transparent;">Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">5-7 years in a pre-sales role with a proven track record of success.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience successfully selling financial applications (Payment Systems, Vendor Management, Order to Cash, EPM/CPM, ERP, Treasury).</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">You’ve successfully sold these applications into the Office of Finance (Controllership, FP&A, Treasury).</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, NLU/NLP, GenAI, AI explainability and trust).</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Start-up/early-stage experience strongly preferred.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Embraces an unstructured, fast-paced environment with ability to operate independently, when needed.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Best-in-class presentation & demonstration capabilities.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Excellent written and spoken English.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Hands-on experience with Workday, NetSuite, Intacct, or Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">B.A./B.S. in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="background-color: transparent;">Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer visas for this position.</strong></li><li class=""><strong>Remote candidates living in the United States will be considered.</strong></li></ul><h3><br></h3><h3><strong style="background-color: transparent;">Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">CPA/MBA</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">You don’t want to get lost in an army of solution consultants.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">A desire for something new, something different, and above all, to be part of something bigger.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Up-to-date on the changes in back-office Finance and Accounting automation and know that drastic improvements are on the horizon.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">A want to be part of that change; more importantly, you want to help evangelize that change.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Self-starter who works well on your own with little supervision, and you have a desire to get the right things done, whatever it takes.</span></li></ul><div><br></div><h3><strong style="background-color: transparent;">Compensation</strong></h3><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">This opportunity offers a base annual salary of $130,000 – $150,000 plus incentive compensation tied to individual, team, and company sales performance.</span></li></ul>
