Role Overview
Join Counsel as a Senior Frontend Engineer to shape the product experiences that patients and physicians use every day. This is a high-ownership role at the center of building AI-augmented care delivery. You'll craft user interfaces for brand new paradigms of AI-enabled care, co-create and own meaningful product experiences, and shape frontend architecture.
What You Will Do
Craft user interfaces for AI-enabled care, co-create product experiences, shape frontend architecture, partner with ML research and backend teams, and work closely with internal teams and healthcare organizations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of building production frontend software
- Deep fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript/CSS
- Strong command of React and Next.js
- A sharp eye for detail and expertise in using CSS, animation, design systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML and recent developments in LLMs
- A genuine interest in up-leveling your own skills and the team around you
