- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (please note that some client programs may not be fully compatible with Windows 8.1). Mac systems are also acceptable with a minimum i5 processor.
- Internet Connection: A hard-wired connection is mandatory (wireless connections are not supported). Minimum requirements include 10 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed.
- Equipment: High-quality headset with noise-canceling microphone, dedicated workspace with minimal background noise, and backup internet connection
