About the position
As the Senior Project Manager, Corporate Access, Conference & Roadshow Logistics, you will organize and plan corporate access meetings (conferences, field trips, non-deal roadshows, bespoke events), that would allow for strategic interactions with prospective or existing investors within the Global Banking and Markets division.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for working with various internal stakeholders and external clients, planning and executing meetings (non-deal roadshows, conferences).
• Client base includes corporate managements and institutional investors (hedge funds, mutual funds)
• Handles a high volume of emails, supporting internal client teams and external clients (corporates and investors)
• Provides logistics / administrative support in a complex team environment, focusing on coordinating logistics for corporate/investor meetings
• Work on business analytics with senior members of the team, produce monthly & quarterly reports. Analyzing statistics and keeping track of the findings
• On-site execution for non-deal roadshows, bus trips, and conferences while securing venues, working on itineraries, and handling logistics
• Prepping marketing materials to present to sales
• Zoom: prepare & arrange details, kick-off Zoom meetings, and reconcile attendees post Zoom meeting
• Act as an ambassador for the FIRST brand, leading by example and displaying the company’s core values (Ambition, Creativity, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork)
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in event management, corporate access, or related field
• Ability to independently lead and manage corporate access events, ensuring high standards are met under strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail; capable of cross-referencing complex data sets and managing high-volume email and call traffic.
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain a calm, flexible approach in high-pressure, hectic environments.
• Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality

• Creative problem solver and team player with a positive attitude
• Travel up to 40%
