Senior Project Manager, Global Corporate Access, Conference & Non-Deal Roadshow Logistics

About the position As the Senior Project Manager, Corporate Access, Conference & Roadshow Logistics, you will organize and plan corporate access meetings (conferences, field trips, non-deal roadshows, bespoke events), that would allow for strategic interactions with prospective or existing investors within the Global Banking and Markets division. Responsibilities • Responsible for working with various internal stakeholders and external clients, planning and executing meetings (non-deal roadshows, conferences). • Client base includes corporate managements and institutional investors (hedge funds, mutual funds) • Handles a high volume of emails, supporting internal client teams and external clients (corporates and investors) • Provides logistics / administrative support in a complex team environment, focusing on coordinating logistics for corporate/investor meetings • Work on business analytics with senior members of the team, produce monthly & quarterly reports.
