Senior Project Manager – Events

Job Description: • Partner with Account Directors and Project Directors to understand event objectives, resource requirements and delivery strategies • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and operational frameworks • Lead the delivery of large-scale conferences, events and complex workstreams from planning through onsite execution • Ensure project documentation, budgets, timelines and deliverables remain accurate and up to date • Drive accountability across project teams to ensure successful delivery • Build strong relationships with clients, venues, hotels and suppliers • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional client service and attendee experiences • Lead hotel, venue and supplier contract negotiations to ensure commercial value and operational excellence • Manage supplier performance and ensure delivery against agreed standards and deadlines • Develop and manage event budgets with a focus on profitability and value for money • Monitor project financial performance, forecasts and risks • Identify issues proactively and implement solutions to maintain project success • Lead onsite delivery teams and ensure every aspect of the event is executed to plan • Provide direction to internal teams, suppliers and venue partners • Troubleshoot challenges in real time and implement creative solutions under pressure • Ensure an exceptional experience for attendees, clients and stakeholders • Lead, mentor and support project team members • Share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the Nteractive Project Management Framework • Analyze event performance and post-event data to identify opportunities for improvement • Support the development of client recommendations and future event strategies Requirements: • Significant project management experience within an events agency environment • Proven success leading large-scale conferences, meetings and complex event programmes • Incentive travel experience is desirable • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience • Expertise in hotel, venue and supplier contract negotiations • Excellent financial and business acumen with experience managing event budgets • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall technical proficiency • Outstanding communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities • Experience mentoring and developing project teams Benefits: • PTO – 20 days plus public holidays • Summer Hours • Birthday Day Off • 401k – access to fund for employer contributions • Health Care – employee cover 100%, dependent cover 25% • Dental & Vision – 50% cover • Life Insurance • Health Advocacy Program • Wellbeing & Inclusion Initiatives including access to an EAP • Family Leave & Adoption Assistance • Rewards & Recognition incentives • Volunteering Day • Cell & Wi-Fi allowance • Generous Talent Referral Scheme • Time Off in Lieu
