Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationship Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, building trusted advisor relationships and acting as the voice of the customer within careerzynith.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, business, management, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of consultative customer service, account management, or licensing‑focused project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the creation and maintenance of complex spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and a reliable remote‑work setup.
