Requirements
- 15+ years of Technical Program Management experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Strong background in program and portfolio management for data platforms and analytics initiatives
- Hands-on experience managing programs that leverage modern data and analytics technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma)
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and strong understanding of Waterfall, with the ability to select, tailor, and blend approaches based on client context and desired outcomes
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
- Proven experience delivering projects for external clients in a consulting or professional services organization
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; produces executive-ready updates and communicates clearly with C-level stakeholders and technical teams
