About the Position

Dimagi is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Senior People Operations Administrator to join us remotely on a fixed-term contract of approximately 9 months, supporting the team during a maternity cover period. In this role, you'll be the administrative anchor for our People Operations team, supporting team members across South Africa, India, the Americas, and other regions.

You'll need to hit the ground running — taking full ownership of your work and managing priorities across regions with a high degree of autonomy. You'll be an important part of keeping our People Operations running seamlessly, ensuring employees across our global teams feel supported every step of the way. This position is open to candidates anywhere in India. You'll be working remotely as part of a globally distributed team, collaborating across time zones with colleagues across South Africa, India, the Americas, and beyond.

The gross salary for this position which is affiliated with Dimagi's New Delhi office, is 1,693,529 INR annually.
