About the Role We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst (EMEA) to join our Global Payroll team during an exciting period of transformation as we operationally separate from Medtronic to an independent business.  This role will be part of our global payroll team providing support for up to 2,000 employees across 17 EMEA Countries  The payroll analyst plays a critical role in management and oversight for payroll processes serving as a vital link between employees and the business ensuring that employees are paid timely and accurately.   This role involves in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and the capacity to work with payroll software systems, indicating a blend of technical expertise and regulatory comprehension.    Key Responsibilities  Execute end-to-end payroll cycles across multiple EMEA countries   Ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time   Validate payroll inputs including hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits   Analyze and reconcile payroll data and reports   Manage off-cycle payments (bonuses, commissions, equity awards)   Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations   Identify and drive process improvements and maintain documentation   Partner with HR and Finance to streamline processes and resolve issues     What You Bring  6+ years of payroll experience, with strong EMEA exposure   Deep understanding of EMEA payroll tax, statutory reporting, and benefits   Strong analytical skills and attention to detail   Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel   Strong communication skills in English   High level of discretion when handling confidential data   Nice to have:  Experience with Workday, CloudPay, and/or ADP   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business     What We Offer  Competitive salary and flexible benefits package   A collaborative, international work environment   Opportunities for growth during a key phase of organizational transformation   #BetterDaysStartNow  Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
