Your role in our mission
The Senior Manager Security Compliance will be responsible for overseeing a region of Security compliance advisors that are assigned to Gainwell state based customers
The Senior Manager SC will act as subject matter expert, advisor and mentor in a HIPAA regulated Medicare, Medicaid and Health Care related product environment
This role will interact with account teams, Gainwell executive leaders and Gainwell customers, strong communication and presentation skills are key to the success of this role
SOC 1, SOC 2, NIST 800-53 and other types of audit management is a core job function
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Twelve or more years of experience in disciplines such as Security Compliance, Audit Management, and audit response ideally in a Healthcare environment
Eight or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
CISSP and other industry certifications are a plus
Experience working with information security practices, networks, software, and hardware
Other Qualifications
Strong organization skills to balance work and lead projects
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Strong communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
Ability to work in a team environment

The pay range for this position is $122,200.00 - $174,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
