Role Overview
Oshi Health’s Growth team is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Customer Strategy and Success to spearhead client implementation and oversee account management for both new and existing partners. In this pivotal role, you will lead internal implementation efforts, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Clinical, and Commercial), and deliver QBRs that drive continued partner growth. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on data storytelling, relationship-building, and making a real impact on digestive healthcare.
What You’ll Do — Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end implementation, account management, and customer success for partner accounts — responsible for driving measurable outcomes within named partnerships
Lead internal implementation efforts, working cross-functionally with stakeholders across Product, Member Marketing, and Clinical Operations
Drive marketing and awareness of Oshi Health within named accounts, ensuring prospective members are well-educated on available GI solutions within their benefit structure
Pull and analyze key performance data within internal Oshi Health systems to highlight success stories and communicate performance to clients
Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to customers, reinforcing value and driving continued account growth
Influence key stakeholders through clear, confident external communication and cross-functional alignment
What We’re Looking For — Qualifications & Requirements
Required
3–5 years of relevant experience post-undergraduate, with demonstrated progression in your field
Proven experience in a client-facing role, with comfort leading external conversations and influencing key stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience pulling data and building narratives through data storytelling
Exceptional cross-functional coordination — detail-oriented, organized, and a clear communicator
Preferred
Healthcare or digital health experience
Familiarity with QBR preparation and delivery
Experience in a high-growth, mission-driven, or startup environment
Compensation & Benefits
