Overview
Xometry is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to support ongoing brand and marketing campaign work. This role will focus on creating high-impact creative assets that align with Xometry’s brand identity across a variety of channels. The ideal candidate is a versatile, senior-level designer who can balance strong creative execution with strategic brand thinking, working collaboratively across teams while bringing fresh ideas and leadership to marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and production of creative assets for print-led marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and brand communications
Develop and execute digital media campaign creative, including concepting, designing, and delivering cohesive asset suites across paid, owned, and earned channels
Develop and execute digital media campaign creative within Xometry’s CMS-driven template and modular page system, while also delivering bespoke design assets across paid, owned, and earned channels
Create print and event collateral such as one-pagers, signage, and presentation materials as needed
Ensure all design work is consistent with Xometry’s brand standards and visual identity, while contributing to the continued evolution of the brand
Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and content teams to translate business goals into effective creative solutions
Adapt and resize assets for different platforms and formats, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables
Manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering polished work on time in a fast-paced environment
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently, helping drive projects forward through iteration
Maintain organized source files and contribute to shared design resources, templates, and creative systems
Qualifications
5+ years of professional graphic design experience within an agency (freelance, in-house is also of interest) with a strong focus on brand and marketing work, particularly on American brand campaigns and ideally B2B audiences.
Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign creative, multi-channel execution, and brand consistency
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) & Figma
Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design systems
Proven ability to work within established brand guidelines while elevating creative output
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting B2B and/or technology-focused brands
Motion or light animation skills are a plus but not required
Familiarity with working from brand guidelines and scalable templates
Experience designing within CMS-driven web environments, including working with modular page templates, component libraries, and established module catalogues to create scalable, consistent web experiences
