You will work in a small team as the leading developer, technology-wise, and lead the system modernization effort.</p> <p></p> <p>If you live and breathe code, love automation, and get excited by the opportunity to write less and create more - this is your place.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li>Leading the transition from old version to modern microservices architecture</li><li>Leading work with tools like GitHub Copilot and other LLMs as daily tools</li><li>Accelerating development processes, automating tests, documenting and understanding complex code</li><li>Defining new standards for high-volume development environments</li><li>Technical leadership - including training, mentoring, and hands-on implementation</li><li>Implementing code solutions quickly and with high quality in critical systems environments</li><li>Modernization of the system, from Angular 5 & 13 , .NET 4.6.2 & Node.JS 10.15 to the latest versions.</li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul><li>7+ years of backend development experience in Node.js/C#/.NET</li><li>4+ years of experience in Angular.</li><li>Great English communication skills.</li><li>Proven experience in rapidly improving development speed and reducing bugs using AI-based tools</li><li>Ability to lead end-to-end development processes, including scaling, documentation, and automation</li><li>System-level thinking, business orientation, and training skills</li><li>Experience working with microservices architecture and building APIs</li><li>B.Sc. in Computer Science or a similar technological field – required</li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Relevant Technologies:</strong></p> <ul><li>Backend: Node.js/C#/.NET Framework, ASP.NET Web API/Core, Entity Framework.</li><li>Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis</li><li>Messaging: RabbitMQ</li><li>Frontend: Angular 5+, TypeScript</li><li>Cloud & Containers: Azure / AWS, Kubernetes</li></ul>
