Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect for Salesforce who can connect the dots between big-picture business goals and actual technical delivery. This role requires a great consensus-builder who can guide, influence, and align different engineering, security, and product teams.
What You Will Do
Leadership & Strategy: Drive agreement, handle disagreements, and cut through confusion across different business units, tech teams, and outside vendors. Map Strategy to Tech: Align our Salesforce projects with the company's broader business goals. Own the Operating Model: Run and maintain the playbook for how work gets requested, reviewed, and built on the platform.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Matrixed leadership skills, governance experience, and broad technical knowledge are required. A minimum of 10 years in information technology and 5 years focused on Salesforce across large, multi-cloud enterprise environments are necessary.
