We’re hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to support large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across design, construction, and operations — with a strong focus on design reviews, coordination, and system-level problem solving.
This is not a pure design production role. Instead, you’ll focus on reviewing designs, identifying issues early, and ensuring systems will perform reliably in real-world conditions.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Review electrical designs for data centers, including single-line diagrams, distribution systems, and substations (up to 345kV)
• Perform technical reviews of drawings, specifications, submittals, and calculations
• Identify design gaps, constructability issues, and coordination risks
• Work across mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to ensure system integration
• Support resolution of field issues during construction and early operations
• Contribute to improvements in reliability, scalability, and standardization across projects
• Collaborate with external design firms and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
• ~5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering (design, construction, or commissioning)
• Experience with medium and high voltage systems
• Exposure to data centers or other mission-critical facilities preferred
• Strong experience reviewing designs (drawings, specs, submittals)
• Familiarity with equipment such as switchgear, UPS, generators, and transformers
• Ability to work across disciplines and communicate with multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have
• PE license (not required)
• Experience with power system studies or analysis tools
• Experience supporting large-scale or campus-style developments
Why This Role Stands Out
• High-impact role across multiple large-scale projects
• Exposure to full project lifecycle (design → construction → operations)
• Opportunity to work on complex, high-reliability infrastructure
• Collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong technical teams
