This opportunity is a vital part of our billing process to make sure our accuracy standards for our clientele is being met. Using a keen eye for detail, you will be helping the data entry team meet their goals for accuracy. Your day would consist of mentoring team members in processes and practices, reaching out via phone calls to verify services or charges listed on an invoice, managing and completing exceptions on invoices, attention to detail in identifying errors, ensuring data accuracy, and completing data entry. - Input data from bills into company software
- Recognize and research anomalies within bills
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve bill issues
- Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

Expected salary: $15.3 per hour
