arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst to join our dynamic security team. In this critical position, you will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering actionable intelligence that directly influences client security decisions and operational strategies. You will leverage your expertise to analyze sophisticated cyber threats, identify threat actors, and provide strategic recommendations that protect our clients' digital assets and infrastructure.
This is an on-site, client-facing position located in Virginia. Please note that remote work is not authorized for this role. We are looking for a security-cleared professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and is ready to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for connecting intelligence insights to develop a comprehensive understanding of tracked threat activity. Your work will directly inform client security strategies and help them stay one step ahead of adversaries.
Threat Analysis:
Perform strategic, tactical, and operational research and analysis of adversarial cyber threats and threat groups. Identify attacker motivations, methodologies, and emerging tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Intelligence Synthesis:
Correlate raw intelligence from sensors, incident response engagements, and various other sources to produce comprehensive reports and executive briefings that drive actionable insights.
Tool Evaluation:
Evaluate current and emerging tools and best practices for tracking advanced threats, including threat actor tools, techniques, and procedures. Provide recommendations on implementation and optimization.
Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare and deliver briefings and reports to client executives, security teams, and individual investigators. Translate complex technical findings into strategic recommendations for diverse audiences.
Strategic Intelligence:
Present tactical and strategic intelligence about threat groups, their methodologies, and their motivations. Effectively communicate the significance of findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with arenaflex's extensive network of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and information operations experts to leverage collective knowledge and expertise.
Mentorship:
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior CTI team members, fostering professional growth and developing the next generation of threat intelligence professionals.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Digital Threat Intelligence role within a client-facing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) techniques and applications in one or more functional areas: Identify, Protect, Respond, or Recover.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, including leading presentations and responding to inquiries from diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
• Active US Government Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Data (TS/SCI) Clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree).
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following additional experience and skills will be strongly preferred:
• Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
• Strong understanding of CTI frameworks and application concepts, with the ability to advise and mentor new CTI team members.
