This is a client-facing, on-site position located in Virginia, where you will work directly with senior leadership and security teams to translate complex threat data into strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Intelligence Analysis and Synthesis: Correlate and analyze intelligence from multiple sources to develop comprehensive understanding of adversary TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures), motivations, and attack patterns. Threat Research and Investigation: Conduct strategic, tactical, and operational research and analysis of hostile cyber threats, threat actors, and emerging attack vectors affecting client environments. Tool and Methodology Evaluation: Assess current and emerging tools, technologies, and best practices for tracking advanced threats, including industry-specific threat actor trends and evolving attack methodologies. Intelligence Reporting and Briefing: Prepare and deliver high-impact briefings and detailed reports to client executives, security teams, and investigators that translate complex technical findings into actionable business recommendations. Stakeholder Communication: Present strategic and tactical intelligence about threat actors, their methodologies, and motivations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance across all levels of the organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between clients and arenaflex's broader network of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and information operations experts. Intelligence Integration: Connect raw intelligence from sensors, incident response engagements, and various other sources to create comprehensive reports and briefings that drive informed decision-making. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates must possess: • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Digital Threat Intelligence role within a client-facing environment. • Experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) methodologies and applications in one or more of the following functional areas: Identify, Protect, Respond, or Recover. • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including leading presentations and responding to inquiries from diverse audiences, including executive leadership. • Active US Government Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance with polygraph is required for this position. • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Preferred Qualifications Strong consideration will be given to candidates with: • Hands-on experience in the utilization, processing, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within operational environments, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities. • Comprehensive understanding of CTI frameworks and application concepts, with the ability to mentor and coach newer CTI team members. • Proven ability to synthesize raw intelligence from sensors, incident response engagements, and multiple sources into cohesive reports and executive briefings. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience taking complex, ambiguous topics and building actionable strategies while influencing key stakeholders. • Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, r Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
