With tens of millions of dollars raised each month, we're the go-to fundraising solution for UNICEF, the Obama Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, and many more. **The Role** As a Senior Customer Success Analyst, you'll join our Revenue Operations Team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and customer success. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing data, identifying trends, and leading initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key success metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. * Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and retention data to drive company strategy and identify opportunities for growth. * Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to design and implement initiatives that boost onboarding, engagement, and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with Finance to build models and forecasts that inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. * Plan, manage, and deploy customer territories to optimize customer success and retention. * Effectively communicate data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, including leadership, Customer Success, and Product teams. * Design and implement process improvements to drive scalability and efficiency. **Skills and Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Analytics, Customer Success Ops, or similar roles, preferably in a startup or SaaS company. * Strong analytical skills with fluency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar). * An effective communicator who can transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, with the ability to distill key findings into concise, impactful recommendations. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities, with a natural curiosity and initiative to drive results. * Knowledge of customer journey mapping, satisfaction metrics (NPS/CSAT), and customer success platforms like Gainsight, Catalyst, or ChurnZero. * A self-motivated individual with a passion for customer success and a drive to deliver exceptional results. **Benefits** * 15 days of vacation, 7 company holidays plus an additional 3 floating holidays and 5 sick days. * 401(k) plan with company match. * FSA Spending Account. * 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D. * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family. * Paid parental leave (12/6 weeks). * Remote working. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
