Position Overview

This full‑time role operates on an 8‑hour shift from 11:30 am – 8:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. You will engage customers across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and secure messaging—delivering the careerzynith CARES model (Connect, Acknowledge, Resolve, Educate, and Support). Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will blend advanced problem solving, mentorship, and continuous process improvement.
