Manage and oversee all aspects of the organization's financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by reviewing and reconciling transactions, accounts, and balances.
Prepare financial reports and statements, providing analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and maintain compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Train and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and assist with the annual audit process.
Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial records.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.
