A premier real estate investment and management firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a significant portfolio of properties in Charlotte, North Carolina, US . This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and long-term value of our commercial assets. The Senior Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, financial management, maintenance, and capital improvements. You will develop and implement strategic plans for property operations, conduct regular property inspections, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and lease agreements.
