This position is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects from early-stage drafting through near-final design, with limited direction from an engineer.This is a fully remote position.Job Requirements:2+ years of experience in civil design, including road, site, and utility layoutStrong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D and OpenRoadsAbility to independently draft and design civil plans with minimal supervisionComfortable working in a deadline-driven environment with limited oversightFDOT project experience strongly preferredMust be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable in a remote work setup#VIS
