Our client, a leading innovator in the beauty and wellness industry, is seeking a highly creative and data-driven Senior Beauty & Wellness Brand Strategist to join their fully remote team. This role will be instrumental in shaping brand identity, developing compelling marketing strategies, and driving growth for our client's portfolio of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the beauty and wellness market, a passion for emerging trends, and the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable brand plans. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and resonate with target audiences within the beauty and wellness space. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats. Translate consumer insights, market trends, and data analytics into creative and effective brand initiatives. Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand execution. Manage brand budgets and track performance metrics, providing regular reports on ROI and campaign effectiveness. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and other key stakeholders. Lead brainstorming sessions and creative development for new campaigns and product launches. Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in beauty, wellness, skincare, self-care, and holistic health. Champion the brand's voice and values internally and externally. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or a similar role within the beauty, wellness, or CPG industries. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing impactful brand strategies that have driven measurable growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Exceptional creativity, storytelling, and communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation. Experience with market research tools and methodologies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment. Passion for the beauty and wellness sectors and a deep understanding of consumer behavior within these markets. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is desirable.
