About the role The Senior APAC Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of regional marketing and communications initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on distributor marketing support, regional event execution, lead generation program implementation, and the localization of global marketing materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness across diverse APAC markets. This position works closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regional distributors to ensure timely delivery of marketing programs and provides operational and administrative support to the APAC leadership team as required. This role is an individual contributor position with a strong focus on execution and regional coordination. It requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and direct support of APAC leadership to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives across the region. What you'll do 1)    Regional Marketing & Distributor Support Support APAC distributors by providing marketing and sales enablement materials, including product collateral, digital assets, and campaign toolkits Coordinate the localization and adaptation of global marketing materials to meet regional and local market requirements Act as a key regional contact for distributor marketing requests and execution support 2)    Regional Events & Program Execution Support the planning and execution of regional online and offline marketing programs, including webinars, workshops, distributor meetings, and conferences Coordinate event logistics, timelines, vendors, and materials to ensure consistent regional execution Assist with post-event follow-up, reporting, and material distribution 3)    Lead Generation & Customer Outreach Execute regional lead generation initiatives across digital channels, including social media and other customer outreach programs Support the implementation of campaign plans in collaboration with internal teams Assist in tracking campaign execution and basic performance metric Utilize and develop working knowledge of HubSpot to support regional lead generation activities, customer outreach programs, and campaign execution Assist in maintaining contact lists, basic campaign workflows, and standard reporting within HubSpot Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective use of marketing tools for APAC marketing activities   4)    Content, Communications & Brand Alignment Work with external vendors and corporate in-house teams to develop and adapt marketing materials aligned with APAC tone, messaging, and brand guidelines Ensure consistency of regional communications while allowing appropriate localization for individual markets Support ongoing updates and maintenance of regional marketing content Use AI tools to draft social media content, case spotlight, white papers, and clinical documents Use Canva to create template-based graphics   5)    Medical Education & Speaker Support Support physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the preparation of lecture materials, including coordination of presentation content, formatting, and logistics   Assist with the organization and coordination of speaker travel logistics for regional meetings, conferences, and educational events, in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements Liaise with internal teams, event organizers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of speaker-related activities   6)    Operational & Administrative Support Provide administrative and coordination support to the APAC VP as required Support management of APAC-related KOL agreements, vendor contracts, and related documentation Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment follow-up related to marketing activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline Minimum 6–10 years of experience in regional marketing, communications, or commercial support roles Experience working with distributor-based business models, preferably across multiple APAC markets Proven experience in marketing program execution, event coordination, and vendor management Familiarity with digital marketing channels and lead generation initiatives Key Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a regional, matrix environment Clear written and verbal communication skills Cultural awareness and sensitivity to APAC market differences Detail-oriented with a structured and dependable working style Willingness to learn new tools such as AI, Canva, Hubspot Good English and Chinese written skills Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership Apply To This Job
