careerzynith is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst – Specialty Compliance & Import Regulations to join our Central Command hub in Bentonville, AR. This role is a cornerstone of our Immediate Imports Group, the team responsible for ensuring that every product entering the United States complies with customs regulations, tariff classifications, and internal compliance policies. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert (SME) on U.S. import regulations, customs documentation, and tariff classification for specialty product categories.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other governmental agencies by applying accurate duty rates, tax codes, and import obligations.
- Collect, review, and validate all required import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) to guarantee admissibility.
- Collaborate with global sourcing, legal, finance, and supply‑chain teams to develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies.
- Conduct detailed analyses of proposed regulatory changes, assess impact on existing processes, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or information management, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality projects on time.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and the ability to create complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and visual reports.
- Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in import compliance, customs brokerage, or international trade.
- Familiarity with tariff classification systems (e.g., HTSUS, Schedule B) and the ability to interpret and apply them accurately.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large data sets, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
