Position Description
The Bridgenext Content Studio has spent 30 years producing media campaigns for national brands, agencies, entertainment partners and nonprofits — earning 21 Emmy Awards along the way. Our PR & Broadcast Services team produces Satellite Media Tours, Radio Media Tours, Co-op SMTs, Audio News Releases, NewsBreaks, and PSAs, with distribution reach across national, regional, and local TV, radio, online, and streaming platforms. We also operate thepsamarket.com, a dedicated PSA distribution platform that opens additional doors with mission-driven clients.
We’re looking for an Account Director to grow this practice. If you have the relationships and you're tired of selling something you can't fully stand behind, this is worth your attention.
Your Role:
You’ll own new business development for the PR & Broadcast Services group — identifying and pursuing new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships that generate recurring revenue. You’ll work directly with a team of journalists, producers, PR strategists, and media relations specialists who execute the work once it’s sold. You bring the relationships; we back every conversation with 30 years of excellence.
What You Bring:
5+ years of business development experience in PR services, broadcast media, or a closely related field
An active network of decision-makers at PR agencies, brand communications teams, or national nonprofit organizations
Familiarity with earned media strategies — you understand what good campaign execution looks like, even if you’re not the one producing it
A track record of opening new accounts and closing five- and six-figure engagements
Comfort running your own pipeline, presenting to senior clients, and following through to close
Proficiency with CRM tools and strong written and verbal communication
Professional Skills:
Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Strong team and individual player
Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention
Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues
Workplace: This is a full-time remote position based in the US offering comprehensive benefits, competitive salary and uncapped commissions which are performance-based, tied directly to revenue generated
