Salesforce Trainer (Nonprofit CRM Enablement)

Job Title: Salesforce Trainer (Nonprofit CRM Enablement) Location-Type: Fully Remote (Support EST hours) Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: (contract, perm, etc) 2-3+ Month part time contract (potential for extension) Compensation Range: 50-60$/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship . Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Trainer to support a global nonprofit organization in onboarding 30–45 users to their existing CRM. This is a training and enablement-focused engagement centered on driving user adoption, not system configuration or development. This individual will lead discovery, design, and delivery of a structured Salesforce training program tailored to non-technical users across fundraising, partnerships, and advocacy teams. The role includes building role-based training materials, delivering live remote sessions, and supporting users through onboarding and post-training "hypercare.” Key responsibilities include: • Conduct discovery sessions to understand user workflows and training needs • Design and deliver role-based Salesforce trainings (full vs. limited license users) • Create training materials including decks, guides, FAQs, and workflow documentation • Lead interactive, scenario-based live training sessions (recorded for reuse) • Provide post-training support via office hours and user Q&A • Iterate on training approach based on feedback and adoption trends • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple global regions Requirements: • 5–8+ years of experience delivering Salesforce training and enablement • Strong experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack or nonprofit CRM environments • Proven ability to build and deliver training programs from scratch • Experience training non-technical users and driving user adoption • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working across global teams and time zones • Ability to create structured documentation and reusable training assets Nice to Have: • Background in nonprofit, fundraising, or advocacy organizations • Experience with Salesforce Chatter and knowledge base/LMS content creation • Change management or user adoption strategy experience
