Description:
• Diagnose and resolve bugs across the Salesforce org, including Apex logic, Flows, page layouts, and integrated systems.
• Support enhancement projects, configuration updates, and integration maintenance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm solutions before production deployment.
• Provide recommendations on whether to implement fixes or workarounds when issues arise.
• Identify and flag technical debt encountered during troubleshooting and improvement work.
• Collaborate directly with the internal team to triage platform issues and maintain system stability.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with sandbox deployment practices.
• Self-directed work style with strong communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
