As a Sales Scheduler - Solar and Roofing, you’ll be at the forefront of the solar revolution, reconnecting with homeowners who once envisioned a sustainable future with us. Your role will be vital in transforming interest into action and helping homeowners embrace the power of solar! Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to homeowners who had prior appointments or interest in solar • Conduct quality assurance conversations to understand the homeowner’s previous experience and address any lingering hesitations • Identify and address hesitations or challenges that prevented homeowners from moving forward previously • Re-engage and reschedule homeowners with a solar professional • Support the preparation of solar designs and contracts • Maintain accurate records of homeowner’s interactions • Meet or exceed performance goals related to engagement, reschedules and conversations • Occasional visits to the office location for training and team building events – otherwise position is 95% remote Requirements • Must be 18 years of age and HS Diploma • Professional and friendly phone demeanor with excellent communication skills • Self-motivated, coachable and driven to succeed • Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new tools – experience with Excel a plus • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Nice-to-haves • Prior experience in customer outreach, call center or sales support preferred Benefits • $4,000 paid training over your first 8 weeks leading to commission pay • Potential commission earnings range from $500 - $5,000 per week, based on performance • Performance-based incentives through our tiered recognition program, including opportunities to earn branded merchandise and exclusive rewards • All sales employees are considered W2 employees • Accelerate your career growth – select a path in sales and leadership • Health, vision, and dental insurance • 401K savings plan with company match • Life insurance available, both companies paid and elected
