As we continue expanding internationally, we are seeking a Sales Representative based in Mexico to help grow our supplier network, identify new business opportunities, and support companies bringing innovative products to market.

The Role
This is a consultative sales and business development position focused on building relationships across the manufacturing ecosystem.
You will support engagement with:
Manufacturing suppliers seeking qualified project opportunities
Product companies looking for engineering services and manufacturing partners
Startups developing innovative products
Engineering and procurement teams evaluating production options
Working directly with leadership in California, you will help expand Trustbridge's presence across North America and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Network Development
Identify and engage manufacturing suppliers across key production technologies:
CNC Machining
Injection Molding
Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Precision Manufacturing
Conduct onboarding conversations to understand supplier capabilities and specialization
Develop relationships with manufacturers throughout Mexico and international markets
Expand Trustbridge's network of qualified production partners
Customer Development
Engage startups, product developers, engineering teams, and established companies
Introduce Trustbridge's engineering and manufacturing solutions
Help customers identify the right manufacturing partners for their projects
Support opportunities involving product development, prototyping, and production sourcing
Consultative Sales
Conduct outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
Build relationships with decision-makers, engineers, founders, and procurement professionals
Understand customer challenges and manufacturing requirements
Position Trustbridge as a trusted advisor throughout the sourcing process
Pipeline Management
Maintain CRM records and sales activity
Track supplier relationships and project opportunities
Provide market insights and customer feedback to leadership
Support ongoing commercial growth initiatives
Qualifications
Required
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, recruiting, or client-facing roles
Comfortable working remotely with international teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, engineering services, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or technology sales
Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and production processes
Experience working with U.S. companies or international customers
Understanding of B2B sales and consultative relationship management
Spanish-English bilingual communication experience in professional settings
