• This role is primarily focused on assisting clients with insurance solutions
• Optional leadership opportunities may be available based on production
Requirements:
• Active state Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (licensing timelines vary by state)
• Must pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Prior sales, service, or leadership experience is helpful but not required
• Evening and weekend availability is recommended to reach clients effectively
