Sales Outreach Specialist

SerKy Consulting is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Outreach Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and support strategic outreach initiatives. As a key point of contact for prospective clients, the ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional in communication, and comfortable building connections with businesses across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities: • Research local markets and identify partnership opportunities • Support lead generation efforts and schedule discovery calls and consultations • Conduct follow-up communication with prospective clients and maintain ongoing engagement • Assist with marketing campaigns, community outreach, and brand visibility initiatives • Maintain accurate outreach records, lead trackers, and CRM documentation Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in sales, outreach, recruiting, customer service, or marketing preferred • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Experience with CRM systems or lead-tracking tools is a plus Preferred Experience: • Knowledge of staffing, payroll, HR, or business consulting services • Proficiency with Google Workspace • Social media content creation and audience engagement • Ability to manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously Employment Type: Part-Time or Contract Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and growth.
