SanterMedia is a digital marketing agency for gym owners that provides Advertising (Facebook, Instagram) and Coaching services to help gym owners grow their revenue and profit.
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager from a marketing agency or a company that's sold to gyms, who is ready to step into a leadership role.
You will:
Be on sales calls for the first 60 days to deeply understand, tighten, and improve our sales process
Improve close rates through better discovery, objection handling, and follow-up
Recruit, train, and manage 2-3 sales reps within your first 60 days
Own sales performance, standards, and accountability
Lead all sales meetings and report directly to the CEO
Continue taking calls weekly to stay close to the floor and drive growth
Qualifications
You are a strong fit if you:
Have built or scaled a sales team that consistently hit targets
Have managed direct reports in sales for 2+ years
Have sold marketing services, coaching, or similar offers (gym industry experience is a strong plus)
Are comfortable reviewing call recordings and coaching reps at a granular level
Prefer speed, ownership, and accountability over bureaucracy
Are willing to get your hands dirty early to build something that scales
Sales Manager Responsibilities
Own and improve the sales process to increase close rates and revenue
Lead daily sales meetings and manage inbound lead flow
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage sales reps
Set clear performance standards and hold the team accountable
Identify and resolve sales bottlenecks, including stepping in to close high-potential opportunities
Review sales calls, audit CRM usage, and enforce follow-up quality
Maintain clean pipelines, forecasting, and performance reporting
Build and document sales SOPs for scale
Launch additional sales functions when required to hit revenue targets (e.g., cold callers, BDRs)
Communicate product updates and changes clearly to the sales team
Pursue approved-vendor or franchise opportunities if they materially impact growth
