Role Summary
The Sales Manager (LATAM) leads a team of Sales Reps, BDRs, and Account Executives responsible for outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals with U.S. clients. This role requires C1+ English, strong leadership, deep sales process knowledge, and the ability to run a high‑volume, metrics‑driven sales floor.
You will own team performance, coaching, KPIs, scripts, CRM hygiene, and revenue targets.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership — manage AEs/BDRs, run daily standups, coach reps, and enforce accountability.
Pipeline Oversight — ensure accurate CRM stages, follow‑ups, and forecasting.
Sales Coaching — review calls, improve scripts, and train reps on objections and closing.
KPI Management — track activity metrics, show‑up rates, conversion rates, and revenue.
Process Optimization — refine outreach sequences, messaging, and sales frameworks.
Hiring & Onboarding — recruit, onboard, and ramp new reps.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration — work with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging.
Performance Reporting — deliver weekly reports, forecasts, and insights to leadership.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years in sales leadership (Sales Manager, SDR Manager, AE Lead, Call Center Lead)
C1+ English (spoken + written)
Experience managing outbound teams (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
Proven track record of hitting team quotas
Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
Deep experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, GoHighLevel)
Ability to manage high‑volume pipelines and fast‑paced sales floors
Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and optimization
Preferred Experience
U.S. SMB or mid‑market sales
Managing remote LATAM teams
Familiarity with:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo / Instantly / Lemlist
Aircall / JustCall / Kixie
Experience in SaaS, agency, or service‑based sales environments
