The focus of this position is the development and expansion of customer relationships across Europe. In this role, you will drive business growth for high performance motion control solutions used in demanding applications within the laser, semiconductor and industrial automation sectors.

Your mission
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across Europe for innovative motion control solutions
Develop new customers, partners and target markets in industries such as laser technology, semiconductor technology and industrial automation
Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships with OEMs, machine builders and system integrators
Promote advanced motion control solutions for demanding technical applications
Develop and implement local sales and go to market activities in line with company goals
Attend trade fairs, conferences and networking events to generate leads and increase market visibility
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs in the European market
Act as a trusted technical and commercial contact person for customers and partners
Understand customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches together with internal experts
Support customers during the full sales process, from first contact to successful project implementation
Coordinate technical and commercial topics with customers and internal teams
Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Customer Support
Share market and customer feedback to support product development and business strategy
Maintain accurate pipeline data, customer information and sales forecasts in the CRM system
Ihr Profil
Your Profile
Degree in engineering, for example electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or automation, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, business development or a similar role
Good technical understanding of motion control, automation or related technologies
Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Confident communication skills and a customer oriented mindset
Good negotiation skills and the ability to build long term business relationships
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe (30-50%)
Experience with servo drives, motion controllers or similar technologies is an advantage
An existing network with OEMs, machine builders or system integrators is an advantage
Experience working in an international environment is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is beneficial
Analytical thinking and a structured approach to sales planning
The position can be based in several European countries, including Germany, France, the Czech Republic, Italy or the Netherlands
Gehalt
Salary
Depending on qualifications, the fixed annual salary ranges between €90,000 and €120,000, plus a company car.
