Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team and take ownership of the early stages of the sales process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys connecting with decision-makers, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.
They operate within the fintech space, having built a strong presence by simplifying global payments for remote teams and scaling rapidly in recent years.
As the first point of contact for potential clients, the SDR will play a key role in identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. This position requires a proactive mindset, resilience, and the ability to communicate value clearly and confidently.
Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of their services to communicate value effectively
Identify and research potential business opportunities
Execute outbound prospecting strategies, primarily through LinkedIn
Qualify leads based on defined ideal customer profiles
Engage decision-makers and guide them toward scheduling calls with the sales team
Maintain and update CRM records to ensure pipeline accuracy
Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting targets
Requirements
Strong prospecting mindset with the ability to independently find and validate leads
Creative problem-solving approach to achieving outreach goals
High resilience and ability to handle rejection while staying focused
Confidence in communicating with business owners and senior stakeholders
Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Upper-intermediate level of English
Qualifications
Previous experience in SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales roles
Exposure to high-growth or startup environments
Familiarity with industries such as fintech or HR tech is a plus
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Apollo.io, GetSales)
