Position Overview
The Sales Associate works directly with customers to provide information about rental equipment and available materials. This role involves assisting with orders, maintaining accurate records, coordinating scheduling needs, and supporting day-to-day office functions.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with equipment rental and material inquiries
Provide information regarding available products and services
Process customer orders and maintain organized records
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Follow up with prospective and existing customers as needed
Coordinate rental schedules and delivery arrangements
Support administrative and operational tasks within the office
Contribute to a professional and customer-focused environment
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dependable and professional approach to customer service
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work a full-time schedule
Availability during weekdays, with occasional weekend work as business needs require
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
