A family in River Vale is looking for an adventurous Nanny for their 2-year-old son. Mom and Dad are planning to grow their family! The typical schedule for this home will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with the possibility to gain more hours for occasional date nights.Duties include:
Duties for this home include cooking and preparing basic meals and snacks for the child. Doing the child’s laundry and basic tidying up after him. Letting the dog outside in the backyard when needed is appreciated!Ideal nanny:
The ideal Nanny for this home is someone who is comfortable around water. A Nanny who has their license. Looking for someone who is active and loves the outdoors. Someone who is patient, not afraid to be goofy, and super loving! Bilingual, Spanish speakers are preferred, but not required. A nanny who is open to doing occasional later evenings, date nights, and even travel with this loving family, on rare occasions. Nanny must be a non-smoker due to the child having reactive airways and is immune compromised.About the child:
This wild little 2-year-old is very active and needs someone to keep up with him. He loves being outdoors in all types of weather and loves spotting trains! He loves all things music and Disney movies (especially Cars). He is cuddly, smart, very outgoing, has a great sense of direction, and inquisitive. He is described to be “the life of the party”, he may be shy at first but once he warms up, he will be your little bestie!About the parents:
Mom and Dad are hard workers, supportive, loving, and find the good in everyone! They do their best to have balance in all areas of life, especially when it comes to family time. Both parents are vaccinated against COVID. Their discipline structure includes redirection and talking the child through any meltdowns.Benefits:
