About the Role: Customer Experience Concierge in the Arenaflex Centurion Lounge
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the Arenaflex Centurion Lounge in DEN Airport. As the face of Arenaflex to our customers, you'll act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering superior service and creating unforgettable experiences for our best Card Members. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll have the opportunity to excite our customers and deliver on the brand promise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and turning customers into loyal enthusiasts
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
- Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
Lounge Hours of Operation:
The Arenaflex Centurion Lounge operates from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Sunday to Saturday. Hours are subject to change due to business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, including reservation experience
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
- The ability to listen to the customer's needs, offering confident recommendations, and resulting in high satisfaction from the customer
- Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
- The ability to rely on and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer's experience
- Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
- Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
- Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
Compensation and Benefits:
As a Customer Experience Concierge at Arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly salary range of $20.00 to $22.12, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
