This is a fully remote position within the Pacific time zone, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers. Our Customer Service Representative role is designed to provide a human connection when it's needed most, inspiring trust and confidence in our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. Training will be conducted virtually, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team members. Once you've completed your training, you'll join our permanent schedule, working Monday through Friday from 8:10 am to 4:40 pm.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary, which will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. Our typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour.
